Although I posted this as the "September" package, I am not really positive if Unmentionably Cheeky actually does their subscriptions on a monthly basis. However, I received mine at the end of September so we're just going to assume that it is for that month. Okay? Okay.
SO I decided to give Unmentionably Cheeky a try! They are a subscription service for women's underwear where they send you two pairs per package. You can find the link to their website here: http://panties.umcheeky.com/. I believe the usual rate is $9 for two pairs, but it seems that they have been running a special for $6 when you enter the coupon code "FALL13". They don't even charge shipping if you are located in the U.S.! Now, I don't know about you, but getting two pairs of underwear for $6? That sounds like quite a steal to me. The only thing I was worried about was whether or not the quality would be equally as impressive as the price. It was very easy to sign up and my shipment came very quickly.
The packaging is just a simple black plastic bag and they include a little card inside. It doesn't really tell you anything that isn't on the website, nor does it give any details about the products themselves. It is actually more of a postcard (on the back) although I am not sure who would want to send this particular card to anybody...maybe so that they too could get the idea to subscribe to an underwear service? Who knows. It is still a cute card though.
The first pair of undies were a pink bikini-cut pair with a little lace detail in the middle. I really like the color of these. Not so much a fan of the cut, but that's just my personal preference. I am still curious to try them out though. Maybe they will turn me into a bikini underwear believer!
The other pair was a white lace hipster-cut style. Now, I am usually not too excited about white underwear (I mean c'mon, who really is...) BUT I actually thought these seemed very flirty and fun. They are pretty see-through but I feel like they would be really good to wear underneath a tighter fitting dress or bottom. I really liked these and can't wait to try them out!
One thing that surprised me a little was the fact that this company seems to manufacture their own products which is not something that is not very common with subscription services.
The quality actually seems to be really good so I am impressed so far by this company. Of course I will have to see how they hold up in the wash but I have a good feeling they will do just fine.
Good quality products for a VERY reasonable price and speedy delivery give this subscription a thumbs up in my book!
